Description of Project:
The residence encompasses six unique buildings each consisting of 11 luxury apartments. Each apartment is spacious and distinctive with 465 m2, 370 m2, & 335 m2 total floor area, with around 3.0 m floor to ceiling height, covered with an efficient exterior skin composed of granite and metal cladding. Each apartment consists of a large entrance hall, that leads to three spacious opened salons, an elegant and large dining room, with adjacent warm and bright family (sitting) room, all enjoy a spectacular view from the generous floor to ceiling windows, overlooking a wide balcony with glazed balustrade. A private section of four well distributed suite type bedrooms with built in closets, an efficient and comfortable large kitchen benefits from private service lobby, attached maid’s zone and laundry/solarium.

The buildings are also equipped with independent air conditioning, a radiator system, and a boiler to provide heating and hot water. The buildings are fully equipped electrically: a UPS motorized door will be implemented for the parking spaces as well as a standby generator in case of power failure. Each apartment will include a telephone system connected to the guards and drivers rooms via handset interphone, a Master TV and satellite, as well as conduits for a music system.

For security purposes, a fire fighting system will be installed in critical common areas with integrated UPS systems for life safety equipment, and a lighting protection device. Furthermore, a close circuit TV cameras will be installed on the ground floor level, and parking areas.

Other services include secured underground parking, storage room, exclusive outdoor facilities (fountain with lush garden, running track and sports facilities, children playground and rest area), vertical transportation, and miscellaneous services (five star hotel concierge with personalized mail, garbage collection service, administration and management on the premises).
